Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how Nextgenerationar S.A.S. (“Nextgenerationar”, “we”) collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data you provide through our real-estate crowdlending platform. We wrote it plainly so anyone can read it without prior legal expertise.

1. Who we are

We are Nextgenerationar S.A.S., CUIT 30-71749208-3, with offices at Av. del Libertador 5940, Floor 12, Buenos Aires. We act as the controller of personal data received through this site.

2. What data we collect

We may collect your name, surname, email address and message when you complete the contact form. We also receive anonymous technical data generated by cookies and similar technologies, only when you consent.

3. Why we use it

We use data to reply to your enquiry, send you information about new projects if you explicitly opt in, measure site performance and meet legal obligations before authorities such as the CNV and AFIP.

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on your consent, on pre-contractual actions you request, on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and on compliance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

5. Who we share data with

We share data with technology providers hosting the platform, with independent auditing firms and, when law requires it, with competent authorities. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and for any applicable legal periods afterwards. Contact form messages are stored for up to 24 months.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@nextgenerationar.com. You can also file complaints with the Argentine Public Information Access Agency.

8. Changes to this Policy

We update this Policy when site operations or regulations require it. We always publish the date of the last review.
